RANDY HAS WORKED EXTENSIVELY
WITH ABORIGINAL POPULATIONS OVER
A 25-YEAR PERIOD.
His academic career has focused primarily on forensic populations within the fields of Social Work and Clinical Psychology. He has been employed with the Correctional Service of Canada for twenty years. Of these, he served fourteen years as national manager overseeing the development and implementation of Aboriginal Correctional Programs for federal offenders. Randy has a wealth of experience in research design, both qualitative and quantitative. Randy’s expertise includes, but is not limited to, actuarial tests and measures, policy, strategic planning, training, quality review, and performance measures. He has had the honour of working closely with leading Aboriginal scholars and Aboriginal Elders throughout his career and is well-versed in Aboriginal processes, traditional protocols, and cultural etiquette.
