Kenneth received his BA in psychology from Carleton University in 2007. He promptly began conducting research for the Cree Regional Authority and the Cree Board of Health and Social Services. to Carleton University, he worked as a police officer and later as a social worker in the Cree community of Mistassini, Quebec. In 2012, while being employed by Correctional Service of Canada, Kenneth contributed to development of key performance indicators and conducted an operational analysis of Aboriginal Healing Components of Correctional Plans. Kenneth is also certified as a Facilitator/Mediator by the Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution. Kenneth is a member of the Cree Nation of Mistassini, where he was born and raised.
